Join us here on Bowen Island, British Columbia for three days of in-depth learning about yoga ethics, philosophy, and anatomy led by Tina Pashumati James. This module will focus on earth’s elemental influences, delving into a wide spectrum of yoga elements such as philosophy, historical texts, traditional lineages, anatomy and physiology, pranayama methods, sequences, techniques, meditation, and practical applications tailored to individual bodies and requirements. Throughout, we’ll prioritize the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Learn how to teach yoga to develop a better understanding of your body, its rich cultural history, and the asanas will integrate the theory into an embodied and lived practice.
