At Nectar Yoga we love love!
Offering consistent small acts of loving kindness to yourself, your beloved, your family and your community is the living yoga practice. 
On February 14th, we remember how important it is to celebrate and nurture love. This 90 minute online gathering will tap into the temple of the heart through simple, but potent, ritual acts that honour your beloved.
We will work through a series of heart-focused techniques that start with ourselves and radiate out to our partners.
This gathering is intended for duos, as we will be practicing with our significant other.
Many of us have been in closer proximity to our partners, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that we have become more intimately connected. This evening is intended to kindle the soul flame of love within you and your beloved.
This gathering will include:
– Partner breathwork
– Partner heart connection
– Hands-on gentle yoga postures to share loving kindness
– Establishing your intimacy-building goals
– Guided Metta Meditation
We look forward to sharing love with you all.

 

1-day before our offering you will receive a link to our Live Zoom. You will also receive a list of items to bring to the session.

 

If you cannot join in at the exact time, the session will be recorded and you can watch at a later time.
