WHERE
Nectar Yoga Dome, Bowen Island, BC

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
October draws us inward. As the veil thins and the seasons shift, we’re invited to tend to the unseen, within our bodies, our lineage, and our inner world. Bridging Libra’s air and Scorpio’s water, this practice honours balance and depth, structure and surrender.

Guided by Andrea Clark, this two-hour restorative class supports the lower back and reproductive area through gentle, floor-based postures, breathwork, and subtle somatic cues. You’ll be guided through a yoga nidra practice, a restful, imaginal journey to connect with ancestral memory, intuition, and the wisdom that lives below the surface.

This is a space to rest, remember, and receive.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable, cozy layers (including warm socks), a journal and pen, and any small item you’d like to place on a shared altar (e.g. a photo, object from nature, or ancestral token).

INVESTMENT
Sliding Scale of $30 – $6o

In keeping with Nectar’s efforts to remain as accessible as realistically possible, the gathering is available at a sliding scale to reflect your systemic and economic privilege and capacity, within the range of $30 – $60.
