PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
As the final weeks of summer arrive, we’re invited to soften our grip and prepare for the inward turn of the seasons. Join Andrea Clark, co-founder of Nectar Retreat and Mist Thermal, for a somatic practice to consciously release what’s been stored in the body and mind. This evening gathering weaves together somatic shaking, EFT tapping, and restorative yoga to regulate the nervous system and support emotional release. Through movement, stillness, and inner inquiry, you’ll be guided to let go, physically, energetically, and spiritually. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your own seasonal rhythm.

INVESTMENT
Sliding Scale of $30 – $65

In keeping with Nectar’s efforts to remain as accessible as realistically possible, the gathering is available at a sliding scale to reflect your systemic and economic privilege and capacity, within the range of $30 – $65. The actual retail value of this offering is $50. Contributions meeting or surpassing this retail value significantly aid us in expanding accessibility to our facilities for all.

Parking is very limited so please come early, and carpool, if possible.
