As autumn deepens and the natural world begins to quiet, we’re invited to meet change not with resistance, but with grace. This class at Nectar Yoga is a space to soften into the transitions unfolding, both within and around us. Guided by Andrea Clark, co-founder of Nectar Retreat and Mist Thermal, you’ll be led through a grounding and fluid movement vinyasa practice paired with intentional breathwork to help ease tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to a steady inner rhythm. Let this evening serve as a reminder that you can navigate change with clarity, softness, and trust.
