Nectar Yoga Autumn Equinox Online Gathering Details:

We are transitioning from the illuminated Summer season and waning towards the darker days of Autumn. The inherent shifts that are happening all around us are becoming more visible each day. When we intentionally soften and become more attuned, we can witness an echoing of the seasonal rhythms occurring within our bodies and minds.

As we turn towards shorter days and longer nights, we will gather in community and invite in practices that can help us embrace the energies of Autumn in a graceful and embodied way.

During our evening together, we will call in the winds of change. We will use our voices, our pens, our bodies, our breath, our collective and individual intentions to carve a clear path forward into Fall.

We will start with seasonal wisdom sharing, candle magic, collective intention setting, conscious breath, some simple movement practices (for all levels) and end with intention setting for the next quarter.

I look forward to sharing sacred space with you on this auspicious evening.
